Update

Hi Everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Just trying to get back into the swing of things after Thanksgiving vacation. I am happy to say I had a great time with my family and I didn't gain any weight over the holiday - I actually LOST 2 lbs. Maybe it's because of the running through airports that I had to do :).

I've been keeping up with the 30 Day Fitness Challenges that I selected and I am currently on day 14. I should be on day 16 at this point, but I'm surprised I have even stuck with it and I'm starting to see results! Stomach is flattening, legs are toning, and my clothes are fitting better. Elliptical machine usage will resume on Friday.

I plan to do a full wrap treatment beginning this weekend. A full treatment consists of 4 wraps. Initially I was going to do 1 wrap per week but I've decided to do 1 wrap every 72hrs (they shouldn't be done any more frequently than that). I will post pics as I go through the process so stay tuned!

I can't wait to get my Greens on the Go. Each packet contains 8 servings of fruits and veggies, probiotics, and alkalinizing agents. I mix it with vanilla protein powder and it tastes like strawberry milk. It's a great way for me to get nutrients in my diet with me working 3rd shift.
