I wrapped for a second time and had better results than the first time. It appears that, for me at least, the results of the wraps are cumulative. See below:

I see some improvement is stomach definition. I am continuing with my 30 Day Fitness Challenges with a greater focus on my abs. I have also added 30 minutes of elliptical use to my fitness routine. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by May 1 which has me losing about 2 pounds per week.
