Update

I have more after pics to post. I am noticing some difference in the location of my belly button, and more definition on my sides.

I really need to improve my eating habits. I have to say, I have been drinking the minimum of half of my body weight in water, however, I did succumb to some sugar cravings. I won't say I went overboard, but I really need to reduce my sugar intake because 1. I need to lose weight, 2. diabetes runs in my family, and 3. my BMI is now high enough that I am overweight.

I also started my 30 day fitness challenge today. Actually, I'm doing 2 - the 30 Day Ab and Squat Challenge and the modified 30 Day Push Up Challenge. I really struggled with the 3 ( yes, 3) military-style push ups and the 10 (again, yes- only 10) full sit ups. I am soooo horribly out of shape. This from a woman who once upon a time completed a 5K in 24 minutes.

Well, without further ado, here are my after pics for 24hours after removing the wrap:

More side definition is noted. I will be posting more photos at 48 and 72 hours and then I will post the before photos again with all of the after photos together so that a better comparison can be made.

Before and After Photos (SMH)

So I have the before and after pics that I took for the Ultimate Body Applicator by It Works!.  The reason why I'm Shaking My Head is because I never realized how overweight and out of shape I was until I did this. All I can say is "wow". I must have been suffering from a type of body dysmorphic disorder because I didn't think I was that chunky. Alas...pictures are worth a thousand words and never lie. See below:

I will post picks everyday for the next 3 days because the ingredients in the wrap continues to work for 72 hours.  I also will be drinking half my body weight in water during that time. I can see a slight difference between the before and after pics, but hopefully I will continue to see improvement.

The Latest

I can't say that I ate the healthiest today but I at least did a few things right:
1. I drank plenty of water
2. I took multivitamin, fish oil, biotin, and vitamin D capsules
3. I didn't starve myself
4. I didn't zombie-out on sugar

Before the night is over, I plan to do a half serving (1.5 tsp) of Amazing Grass Raw Reserve. The Raw Reserve is comprised of greens, sea vegetables, and probiotics. I can tell you - it definitely has a green taste to it. I usually mix it with hot water, a little sea salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. It kind of tastes like a broth prepared that way. Not something you want to mix with a fruit smoothie. Will be switching to Greens on the Go by It Works! when it's all gone. The Berry is very tasty and mixes well with protein powder.

Tonight, before bed, I plan to use an Ultimate Body Applicator by It Works!. I will post before and after pictures.

I am also looking at fitness options. I like the website 30dayfitnesschallenges.com because the exercises can be done anywhere. 21 Day Fix is also nice because the workouts are simple, short, challenging, but not too challenging and I like the portion control containers.

I will be sure to keep you posted on my progress!

STARTING NOW!

So...I've gained a little bit of weight over the years. Some of it I can attribute to stress (school, career change, deaths in the family) but the rest is because I am a SUGAR ZOMBIE! (my husband's words - not mine :). I have decided to take control STARTING NOW! No waiting for the failed New Year's Resolutions. It is time for me to reclaim my life and my health.
