Every Little Bit Helps

I have been doing the 30 day challenges,  albeit not consistently,  and watching what I'm eating (again...not consistently). Recently,  I read an article on Woman's World magazine about a reader who tried hypnosis for weight loss with fabulous results. I thought "why not give it a try?" Subsequently, I went on the Google Play App Store and found several hypnosis for weight loss apps that were FREE! Soooo...I decided to give them a try because I figured every little bit helps! I'll keep you posted on my progress.
Meanwhile, I'm posting a side by side comparison of my Wrap after photos for November and December. This is after using 2 wraps total about 1 month apart. Notice the upper ab and side definition in the December photo that wasn't apparent in the November photo. Have you tried that crazy wrap thing?!
